Strawderman Financial will personally train and work with you one on one to develop the skills necessary to meet with several families in their homes or do direct telesales to discuss an affordable, final expense and/or mortgage protection plan that suits their needs and budget. As you become more experienced you will also have the opportunity to provide fixed indexed annuities and IUL's for clients wanting to protect and grow their retirement savings. Our training is comprehensive and you will be mentored every step of the way. We have one of the highest paying commission levels out there and are very hands on to make sure you are getting started and up and running quickly!
Later as you gain the knowledge of the system you will also have the ability to build a team and make residual income for life. You will need a state life insurance license to be accepted or a willingness to acquire one. This should normally take you two weeks and cost about $200.
Job Description
As a Agent coming onboard Strawderman Financial LLC you will have the opportunity to work beside and train with real agents that are out in the field selling. You will be able to do a ride-along and see exactly how each step of the process is. But first, there are a few requirements one must have in order to even be considered to come onboard and do a ride along.
You must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance license by the state. We can help you with this, you must also be willing to learn a system step by step and be open to coaching.
